What you sell

Everything on your shelves, in one catalogue

  • Devices and kits

Each kit with its own barcode, price, cost and photo.

  • E-liquids

Each flavour and strength is its own product, with its own barcode and stock.

  • Coils

Sell a single coil or a pack, each with its own price.

  • Pods

Replacement pods by the unit or the pack.

  • Accessories

    Batteries, chargers, cables and cases.

  • Delivery

Charge delivery as a service from a button on the till.

Features

Built around how your counter works.

Scan or search at the till

Scan the barcode or type part of a name. Pin your best sellers so they are always first.

Singles and boxes

A single coil, a pack of five and a trade box of ten can each carry their own price and barcode, from the same stock.

Slow stock shows up

Filter for products that have not sold in a set number of days, and see what that stock is worth at cost.

Blind stock counts

Small, high-value items go missing. Count without seeing the expected figure; big differences are flagged for a manager.

A buy list from real sales

Low and sold-out lines with a suggested quantity, based on about two weeks of sales.

Deliveries from a spreadsheet

Load the supplier’s file, check each line, and the stock and costs go in together.

Tabs for trade customers

Put a trade order on a tab, send the invoice and statement by email or WhatsApp, and take payment later.

Takings and VAT on sales

Today’s takings by payment method and cashier, and the VAT on your sales for any period.

Selling to other shops as well?

Many vape businesses sell over the counter and to other retailers. This is how Gestion POS handles trade sales today.

  • Box and case prices, set per pack size
  • Trade orders on a customer tab, paid later in part or in full
  • A numbered A4 invoice for each tab sale, headed “Tax invoice” once your VAT number is in Settings
  • Statements by email or WhatsApp, and a view of who owes you, by age
  • Not available: Separate wholesale price lists, or prices per customer
  • Not available: Minimum order quantities or bulk-discount rules
  • Not available: An online ordering portal for your trade customers

How it works in practice

A counter sale and a trade order

  1. Step 1: Scan the kit

The cashier scans a pod kit; it lands in the basket at its set price.

  2. Step 2: Add liquid and coils

Two bottles of e-liquid, then the five-pack of coils, priced as a pack.

  3. Step 3: Take payment

Cash with the change shown, or card on your own machine, recorded as card.

  4. Step 4: Slip or WhatsApp

Print the slip, send it by WhatsApp, or skip it.

  5. Step 5: Trade order on a tab

Later, a trade customer’s ten boxes of coils go on their tab, and the invoice goes out by WhatsApp.

Questions

What people in your trade ask.

Good to know before you buy

Gestion POS does not do these today. If one matters to your shop, say so when you book a demo.

  • Age verification. Age checks stay with your staff.
  • Wholesale price lists or prices per customer
  • Promotions, loyalty points or gift cards
  • Running several branches from one system
Can I sell the same product as a single and as a box?

Yes. Each pack size can have its own price and barcode, and stock is counted in units, so selling a box takes the right number of units off.

How are flavours and nicotine strengths set up?

Each flavour and strength is set up as its own product, with its own barcode, price and stock. That keeps counts and the buy list accurate for each one.

Can I give wholesale customers different prices?

Not with a separate price list today. You can set box and case prices, apply a discount within the limits you allow, and put trade sales on a tab with a proper invoice.

Does Gestion POS check a customer’s age?

No. Gestion POS does not verify age. Age checks remain the responsibility of your staff and your shop.

Can I see which products are not selling?

Yes. The stock screen can filter for items that have not sold in a set number of days and shows the value of that stock at cost.
